MAD Greens is ready to grow like mad! The brand just announced that it is expanding in its home state of Colorado.

“This announcement means a lot to our brand as Colorado is where it all began,” said Darden Coors, Chief Executive Officer of Salad Collective, the parent company of MAD Greens. “Our customizable salad options have resonated with so many in the community that they are asking for more, and we’re ready to provide them that. We are eager to partner with entrepreneurs across the Centennial State.”

The salad concept is targeting cities along the Front Range, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, to name a few. Beyond Colorado, the brand is also expanding into states like Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming and Utah.

“We’re mad ready for growth, and Colorado is just the start. We’re thrilled to develop in a place that is close to our hearts and stomachs,” said Loren Bontrager, Vice President of Franchise and Development. “We will be furthering our position as the number one salad concept in the Denver-area and beyond, and we are glad to continue this momentum.”

MAD Greens is beloved for its fresh, friendly outlook on eating healthy food that satisfies all taste preferences and dietary restrictions. Its menu is fun and approachable with creative menu item names, unique characters and humorous stories. The salads are freshly made in front of guests and are tossed and ready to eat for on-the-go customers, ensuring they get a variety of ingredients in every bite. The brand’s proprietary house-made dressings and MAD spice blends are fan-favorite products for the bold flavors and originality. Ingredients are chopped, baked, or blended fresh every day. Although it is known for its salads, MAD Greens also offers warm grain bowls, wraps, desserts, and fresh homemade juice. MAD Rewards, the loyalty program for MAD Greens, began in 2021 in an effort to show love to customers by rewarding them for every visit.

To embrace customization, the salad concept’s team is happy to make any accommodations or recommendations to assist guests with dietary restrictions. Fans of MAD Greens should remember that the menu is completely customizable, and the MAD Greens Interactive Allergen and Nutritional Menu is available to help choose which MAD dish perfectly fits your taste.

Prospective franchisees should be aligned with MAD Greens’ eccentric brand and core values of individuality, working shoulder to shoulder, and having ‘work at fun.’ Likewise, the ideal candidate should have multi-unit franchise and restaurant experience, and confident with the mission statement that healthy eating should be fun and approachable for everyone.
